About Jacki

Jacki has worked in health improvement for over 20 years. She specialises in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for health improvement programmes and projects, and in conducting research and evaluations on diverse health improvement topics.  Much of her work involves outcome-focused planning (using logic modelling) and theory driven evaluations.

Before establishing her consultancy in December 2007, Jacki worked for the Scottish Government (in suicide prevention), in NHS Health Scotland (on child health), in the MRC Social and Public Health Sciences Unit (on youth health), and in Greater Glasgow Health Board (first on inequalities, and then on mental health). And before that, she worked in applied research.

Jacki holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Research Methods, and a Masters in Public Health (MPH)

About the Associates

Jacki often works in collaboration with others, either because a project is too big for one person alone or because it would benefit from additional specialist expertise on a particular topic.
